Finally my own birthday cake is ready! I am quite proud of my first two tiers vegan cake decorated with fresh flowers ❤
A while ago I picked lots of sweet and juicy blackberries from the forest and made a nice jam with the apples from the garden which I used as a gelatin replacement due to the pectin content.
What’s better than using freshly picked and organic ingredients :)?
Top Tier: Carrot cake filled with blackberry jam and peanut butter
Lower Tier: Chocolate and Vanilla sponge filled with chocolate ganache
